The French family of seven kidnapped
in Cameroon’s Far North Region and taken to Nigeria by suspected Boko Haram
insurgents have been released. According to Reuters, the Secretary
General of Cameroon’s Presidency, Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh said that the family was
handed over to Cameroonian authorities late on Thursday.
